We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Landscape Enhancement Coordinator to manage and optimize communication with current subcontractors and identify new subcontractors when necessary. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all projects progress on schedule by following up on outstanding tasks and engaging new resources as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Project Follow-Up:
- Maintain consistent communication with current subcontractors to ensure project milestones are being met.
- Track the status of ongoing tasks and promptly follow up on any pending items or delays.
- Document all subcontractor interactions and maintain up-to-date records in project management systems.
- Responsible for bringing in $2.5 million in enhancement projects on an annual basis
- Subcontractor Sourcing:
- Identify and vet new subcontractors for projects that are stalled due to non-responsiveness or capacity issues with current partners.
- Reach out to potential subcontractors, gather quotes, review capabilities, and assess fit based on project requirements.
- Negotiate rates and timelines in collaboration with the project or procurement team.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with National Operations Coordinators and other internal teams to provide regular updates on subcontractor performance and project status.
- Escalate issues when timelines or quality standards are at risk.
- Assist in maintaining and expanding a qualified database of subcontractors for future project needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination, subcontractor management, administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Very detailed orientated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to independently identify and resolve issues.
- Experience with landscape industry knowledge
