We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Landscaping Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping services, project management, and customer relations. The Landscaping Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing landscaping projects, snow removal process, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
    • Identify opportunities to expand services and offer value-added solutions to clients.
    • Address and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Coordinate and manage landscaping projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client specifications are met.
    • Work closely with the operations team to schedule crews and allocate resources efficiently.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress and quality of ongoing projects and weekly maintenance.
    • Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations.
    • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to sales growth by generating proposals and bids for enhancement projects.
    • Prepare and present detailed service proposals to prospective clients.
    • Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability.
    • Clearly understand and be able to communicate to senior management on account status, project progress, and financial performance.
    • Approve invoices and ensure timely billing for services rendered.
    • Work closely with internal teams, including crew members, maintenance team and irrigation department to ensure that client needs are met.
    • Provide training and support to junior team members or new hires.
    • Ensure all landscaping services meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks and resolve any issues promptly.
    • All other duties as assigned.


 
Qualifications:
    • Experience in landscaping management or a related field preferred.
    • Valid Driver’s License required
    • Proven track record of managing client accounts and successful project delivery.
    • Strong knowledge of landscaping services, including design, maintenance, irrigation, and horticulture.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and teams.
    • Proficient in project management and budgeting.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with landscaping software (e.g., Aspire, Salesforce, Netsuite or similar tools) is a plus.
    • Goal oriented, strong collaborative mindset
    • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform site visits, including walking on uneven terrain and inspecting landscaping projects.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
